Job Description

Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct Clients in the US
Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.
Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation.
Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis by various sources i.e. Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals.
Job postings on various job boards like Dice, Carrier Builder, Monster, LinkedIN.
Involved in scheduling interviews.
Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients. Negotiation, Background Screening, Interfacing with the client.

Desired Skills:
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be from US recruitment background
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
Should be well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) & Visa.
Should have worked preferably with direct clients.
Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies
