Education- MBA (with any graduate degree ) / Any Graduate Degree

Exp- 06 months-1 Year
Role and Responsibility:-
Ready to work at night shift
Should be strong in handling end to end US recruitment
Sourcing and recruiting candidates from job boards, LinkedIn and the internet to fill open job orders
Conducting searches on LinkedIn and other social networking sites
Build and maintain pipeline of active and passive candidates
Shortlisting/matching candidate profiles according to job specifications and verifying references
Should be willing to work as an Individual Contributor
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
working closely with management at the corporate headquarters in the US
Hands on IT recruitment experience preferred
Desired Skills and Experience
Demonstrated Experience:
6 months to 1 year of full life cycle recruitment experience in the US IT staffing industry (experience in a networking domain is a significant plus).
Excellent understanding of Boolean searches and other sourcing techniques like networking, internet searches to find qualified candidates
Must be highly competitive, innovative and resourceful
Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
Excellent phone etiquettes
Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree preferred
