Job Description:

1) Should have excellent communication skills.

2) Okay with working in shifts.

3) Basic knowledge of hardware / networking and basic troubleshooting.

4) Minimum Qualification: Undergrad / Any Full-Time Graduate (B.E./ B. Tech/BCA also eligible)

5) No Post Graduates. (MBA / MCA/ MTECH / MCOM/ MSc./ MA) NOT eligible.
